Look for the light is advice from @natgeoyourshot that always sticks with me. Most of the day our kitchen is dark and, much to my dismay, not necessarily a place I can take pictures, as it is one an area of our home that the family frequents throughout the day. However, first thing in the morning sunlight shines through the window over the sink and provides an opportunity to explore light and shadow with a favourite beverage.

Sunday Mood

Temperate summer Sunday evenings are some of our family’s favourite times. We read, play board games, chat quietly, or listen to or make music. Here evening light comes through the patio door as my son strums his guitar.
