Robot

The younger Sprout’s room has bare walls. Rather than buying art, my spouse asked me to create art utilizing my love of photography and my son’s love of Lego. So, discussions led to online research, which led to Stuck in Plastic, which led to lots of enjoyable reading for myself and the younger Sprout, which led to this post, which led to robots on walls, which led to hours designing and building robots and robot props (in red), which led to a frustrating photo shoot in the garage, which led to a number of images like the ones below. I still have a lot to learn about taking toy images, especially lighting. And the dust! Dust everywhere! Need a blower next time…
